NEW STUDENTS
Enrollment times for new students are quarterly. The first class is free so students may come and try out the classes sometime during the first month of the quarter (January, April, July, & October.)

1.)Registration Fee of $25.00 will be due on the day of enrollment.* Each additional Child is $20.00
2.) Students commit for 3-month period for attending classes. (Monthly Tuition)
3.) No refunds will be given once enrolled for quarter or 3-month period. If you decide to leave after the first month then you will still owe the remaining balance on the quarter.
4.) Once enrolled into the school we will need 30 day notice by phone for the next quarter to cancel or stop payment on tuition. Payment will not be stopped for the next quarter unless we are contacted by phone. We will assume and plan that you or your child is still enrolled for the next quarter.
5.) Please list dancer’s name on voided check.

CURRENT POLICY
Each student will be set up on the automatic payment system through the school. Please bring a voided check to class or your child will not be able to enroll for the quarter and lock in their spot.

Occasionally there will be an extra class or one less class each month depending on how many weeks there are in the given month. Regardless, the tuition fee is the same. The extra class will make up for the months with only three weeks of classes. It all evens out in the end.

For 2007 Crawford Irish Dance is only holding classes the first two weeks of December. Tuition will still be the standard monthly rates (see tuition rates below). This is due to an extra 5th class in some months, and that Crawford Irish Dance gives students the availability to take more than one class per week. In order to balance the tuition rates per class throughout the year, classes will not be held December 18th-31st. Clasess will resume January 2, 2008.

*Paying for classes is like paying for a membership fee to a health club. You pay the same amount, even if your child misses a class. (This pertains to SUMMER travel & Holiday months like December.) There are no refunds for missed classes. If you miss your usually scheduled day, just attend the make up class held on the last Friday of the month. Layton & Kaysville students can attend the other location for their make up class.

**SPECIAL NOTE ON AUTO-PAYMENT*** Please be sure there are funds available in your account for tuition payment on the 15th of each month so that the automatic payment can take place. If funds are not available at the time the automatic payment is presented, you will be responsible for $20 insufficient funds charges assessed by your financial institution as well as any fee’s accrued from or to the Crawford School.
