Learning Irish dance not only builds physical strength and muscle coordination, but it also teaches students how to focus, listen and follow directions.  A few other advantages to learning Irish dance are; more flexability, teaches quick thinking and concentration, increased memory function, balance, posture, and of course building life-long friendships while having fun!
